My cousin in law has a great children’s textiles company called Winter Water Factory.  They believe in creating high quality fabrics with the planet in mind, so their designs are printed on really soft organic cotton.  Good stuff people.  The clothing line is both practical and stylish.

They’ve recently added a line of coordinating crib and bedding sets too.  And it just got picked up by The Land of Nod.  Pretty cool, huh?!

There’s more to see on the Winter Water Factory website.  Go look.

I’ve been searching for console tables for a while now.  I have two locations that really need them, but I haven’t wanted to buy something unless I loved it and could afford it.  If you’ve been following my blog you know that I’m passionate about both fashion and interiors, so there are always a million things on my radar.
So on a recent shopping trip when I saw this gothic console table by Aidan Gray Home I was smitten.  What’s better yet, the shop’s (Eden Boheme) owner had been using it as a desk so she gave me a great deal on it.

It found a home in my entry hallway opposite of the stairwell.  I think it looks great and meshes well with my home.  I regularly rearrange accessories so there’s no telling how long those items will stay on the table.

One console table down, one more to go ;)
Edit: Feeling like I made a great choice seeing that a version of my table was featured in Cote De Texas’ post.  Thanks Traci Zeller for bringing to my attention!!

Have you checked out Niki Jones’ winter 2010 collection?  Gorgeousness.  I want it all.  Here are some of my favorites…

And I agree with Amy Moss, Niki’s vintage kantha quilts are absolutely beautiful.

And this owl pillow would just be bananas in Lilly’s room.

This rug = bliss.

There are too many lovelies to show you all so just go see for yourself.

Lastly, need some cooking inspiration?  Check out the fall recipe exchange schedule.  I’m thinking that this crock pot chicken spezzatino sounds delish!

When Jamie of Beez Kneez contacted me about leg warmers for Lilly, she had no idea what she was getting herself into!  Lilly LOVES leg warmers (and so does her Momma).  Not only are they the perfect accessory, but they protect tiny legs and knees while crawling about.  Lilly wears leg warmers with dresses and skirts, over skinny pants and tucked into boots, and even as baby sleeves!

Check out how Lilly wore her stylish chevron pair in one of this season’s hottest colors- purple!

Jamie has a ton of different patterns of leg warmers in her shop.  Better yet, most all of them are priced at $8, so you can get a few pairs.  You can also join the Beez Kneez Facebook Page for sneak peaks and special discounts.

Thanks so much for helping Lilly stay up with the trends, Jamie.  We luv your shop.

I’m in a hair rut in a major way.  I always wear it the same way, straight and down.  It grows soooo slowly so it’s been the same length for what feels like forever.  So when I see images like these i start to feel all sparkly and inspired.

How cute are these luggage tags?

Did you know the elephant symbolizes Ganesha, the remover of obstacles?  I agree with John Robshaw-  That may be exactly what we all need when traveling these days.
Purchase here.
Also, really wishing I was making 5th Joy’s chicken & cabbage minestrone for dinner tonight.  YUM!
