So let’s talk about some products that are winning. The products that are (or seem to be) doing everything right. We can get behind this, right? I think this might just be a new LLL series!

The Everlane Structured Pouch:

This delightful little pouch comes in two sizes and can be used as a clutch or iPad case. It’s classic and looks expensive as hell (that shouldn’t matter, I know) but can be snagged for under $100. Only thing that would make it better are more color options (isn’t it just like me to not be satisfied?). As Refinery 29 described it, it’s the new “it bag”, and it’s actually affordable!

Cooper & Ella V Tank:

I know my closet would do well to have a few of these chiffon tanks hanging happily. They’re perfect for throwing on with jeans, shorts, and skirts all day long. I love the cut, and the knit layer on the edges gives the best little detail. Plus it’s priced well. Winning.

J.Crew Socks:

Don’t act like you didn’t get a little excited about these socks. Pom Poms, whales, and no show socks? I want them ALL! My drawer could use a few new pairs.

Jane Pope Jewelry:

So this is a screen shot of just some of Jane’s amazing pieces. But her rings, necklaces, and bracelets are all spot on, too. She’s just the most, to say the least. Definitely winning.

Madewell Chambray:

I’ve officially turned into a Madewell groupie. I admit it. I might need to go to meetings. Their classic style is perfect for my everyday style. And I’m convinced that they have chambray and denim nailed. Especially this indigo linen ex boyfriend shirt that is my favorite one in my closet. Winning.

Cheers to Friday! I don’t say it enough, but thank you for stopping by!

Mornin’! So today’s outfit contains a lot of favorites that are in heavy, heavy wardrobe rotation. At dinner last night with some girlfriends (at Lucca, best bolognese in town) we were discussing personal style. And I have to say that this look below is my go to. Simple to throw on for almost anything and keeps me feeling pulled together and chic.

I’m always in some sort of button down blouse I feel like, and this white one gets a lot of wear. And I’ve been wearing these legging jeans a lot. I love that they’re worn looking and soft. During the day I usually have on flats because it’s easier with the kids and is more comfortable. To keep the look neutral (yes, sometimes even I have those days) (but not my lips!) I chose my pointed toe nude flats. They are just adorable and get so many compliments. Plus they’re only $65 which is a good price for nice looking flats. They come in a few different color options, too. I’m so glad I’ve discovered Sole Society and tried them out because their styles are really fun and affordable. And if you’re looking for some cute flat sandals I love these.

Happy Wednesday! My life lately in no particular order…

With my friend Mary at the Hampden spring event last week. Such a fun night. I’m wearing this top, nearly identical skirt, and these shoes. I know Mary’s wearing a skirt from Calypso b/c I asked her that night. This photo is by Charlotte Elizabeth.

And here are some photos from Deirdre’s Candy Shop Vintage luncheon celebrating her new rice bead collection! It was at the George Gallery and was so fun and pretty! These pictures are by Clay Austin.

Great time to stock up on summer sandals, especially these sandals. This tie back dress, cute stripy shorts, an easy linen shirt, and of course the entire crewcuts section!

Polka dots and little bow back flats, two girly details I’m happy to embrace this spring. Does anyone else get giddy about updating your wardrobe for the approaching season? Not just me, right?

So this little polka dot trench is a fun look for spring. Lilly fell in love with it immediately, too, and said I needed to save it for her (yes she’s already started claiming things!). It’s nice and lightweight and the small pattern goes with a lot.

And I loved these bow sling flats so much that I got them in black, too! They’re easy to step into and go. And the little bow detail makes them feel special.
