I’ve really been into comfort lately (I wonder why?).  I think cute and casual knitted pants are a great way to get comfort while still looking polished enough to leave the house.  That is, of course, if you pair them appropriately.  Here are some of my favorites.

And on a completely unrelated and heartbreaking note (sorry to bring it down on a Monday), The Taylor family lost their baby girl Ruby Jane (pictured below) on Thursday night after months of fighting with liver failure.  My heart goes out to the family.  Due to numerous hospital visits the Taylors are facing many medical bills.  Bows for Ruby Jane was started as a way to help fundraise.  Please consider buying one of these adorable hairbows.  I just made my purchase for Lilly.

  2. Such a heartbreaking story. I cannot even imagine what they’re going through.

  3. That poor family. I can’t even imagine what they are going through, that is my worst fear. Heck, I cried this morning when my 4 year-old went to his first day of preschool…for only two hours. I can’t imagine the devastation. I’m definitely heading over to check it out, thanks for the heads up!

  4. I think the cut (and size) makes a huge difference on avoiding a sloppy look. I just teared up with the news, can’t imagine what they are going through….I’m sure getting a pair for my niece.

Wow, so sorry for that poor family. I can’t even imagine what they’re going through. Glad you brought attention to their little shop.

  16. oh what an awful situation. How terrible for their loss. Those bows are beautiful and I’m sure will be a big hit to help offset their medical debt. Those sweatpants look amazing on the site but I’m doubtful I can pull them off without looking schlubby :)
