I’m so excited to be partnering with Old Navy on their 50 Styles 50 States project! They’ve asked a blogger in each state to share their state style, and I’m representing South Carolina!

There are so many beautiful places in South Carolina – Beaufort, Bluffton, and Greenville to name a few, but I feel so lucky to call Charleston home! The history, buildings, and people make it really special. I could spend all day walking around our city. My favorite neighborhood to stroll in is South of Broad which is located downtown. This is where you will find the famous Rainbow Row and many other beautifully kept historical homes.

While Charleston does loves to dress up, we are still a very casual city (thanks to our proximity to the water). So dresses, skirts, and flats are my key day time pieces in the warmer months. For fall I am loving a buttoned mini skirt paired with long sleeve tops and tees.

Plaid tops are such a classic and Old Navy has a great variety of colors and patterns. They’re easy to tie in front, tuck in, or tie around your waist. And then when it gets colder they’re the perfect choice for jeans (love this dark denim pair) and flats! I love the colors together in this plaid shirt I’m wearing.

And you all know how much I love crossbody bags. They’re my number one bag style to grab because they’re so easy to wear, and I love the color of this cognac crossbody.
