Good Monday morning! I have a bit of fun house news to share – we are converting our screen porch into a closed in sunroom. I know, it’s complete blasphemy to do such a thing here in Charleston, but we NEVER use the screen porch. If we are going to be outside we prefer the front porch or the back patio and yard. Also, I don’t know how people keep up with their screen porches. Our’s is ALWAYS dirty.

Do we need a sunroom? Not exactly at this stage in our lives. But we do really want a home gym, so that is how we plan to use the space. It will be walls of windows and lots of natural light over looking our pool and yard. The idea is to make it a space that I can feel inspired in and actually want to be in. Here’s the current screen porch.

We’ll be filling those large open spaces with crank out casement windows, similar to these below. Not exactly these, but you get the idea. The breeze will feel fantastic.

And the floor will be these gorgeous Mirth Studio tiles that we installed in one our new bedrooms at Coral House. I love them so much, and it will feel nice to have a Coral House touch in the room. Plus the look  just suits a sunroom, don’t you think?

We bought a Peloton Exercise Bike earlier this month and I LOVE it. It’s a spin bike with an attached touchscreen – you can live stream spin classes from their NYC studios, and there are also tons of pre-recorded classes on there as well. We don’t want to overfill the room so we are keeping it simple right now with the Peloton bike and just a few other accessories like a yoga mat, some weights, and an exercise ball… We should be ready to start the renovation project in 6 weeks. I’m SO excited to begin!!

yoga trapeze – alright, I only wish I was cool enough to have one of these.

green pedestal fan – I sweat a lot. A fan is crucial for me. Isn’t this vintage style so pretty?

short sleeve crew tee – My best workout tee! The length is great and it’s a thin material.

resistance loop bands – I love these for a good leg work out.

jump rope – Fun way to get your heart rate going. Gotta wear a good sports bra though ;)

white floor fan – Seriously needed, and so cute!

wunder under leggings – 100% my favorite leggings ever.

wireless headphones – I own these and use them every day. Obsessed.

yoga balance ball – I love doing core exercises with these.

foam roller  Feels amazing. Best way to finish a workout.

apl sneakers – fabulous running shoes, so many color options.

resistance bands – I don’t have a lot of experience with these but everyone loves them.

I’m so excited to share my recent partnership with Serena & Lily with you today. Our master bathroom is an important part of our home and I’m so happy with our recent updates. It feels good to switch things up and I’m loving the neutral palette.

As a reminder, we use to have a lot of pink in here. I love pink, obviously. But it was time for a little change.

This new look feels really clean and calm to me. And really, there is just something special about fresh white towels, am I right? If you’ve ever considered the Calistoga Bath towels, let me assure you, they’re just as sumptuous and dreamy as you’ve imagined. I always choose white towels because they’re so easy to clean and feel the most fresh.

Close up of the scalloped capiz shell chandelier. Feminine, but not overly so. It gives the room this really lovely glow, too.

I’ve always loved Serena & Lily’s dip-dyed furniture. This little stool is the perfect spot to sit soaps for the bath, this way everything you need is within reach.

And the teak dip-dyed ladder makes a great spot for storing my new FAVORITE throws. I’ve coveted all of Serena & Lily’s Casablanca pom throws for too long. These are perfect for curling up with on the sofa or for layering over the end of beds. But I also love them displayed like this.

Lilly and Fletcher both love the new Ahoy bath mat. Soft and clean and so easy to just throw in the wash, which is so important when it comes to bath mats.

Speaking of the wash, isn’t this stripe basket fantastic? We’re using it as a laundry basket, but it’s great for all sorts of storage. I love buying versatile items that can be used in multiple ways in multiple spaces.

Light, white, and bright… just how I love it. Check out Serena & Lily’s full new collection right here!

Featured Serena & Lily Products:

capiz scalloped chandelier, teak ladder,

casablanca pom throws, dip-dyed stool,

stripe storage basket, ahoy bath mat, calistoga bath towels

Thank you to Serena & Lily for partnering on this post.

That black silk tunic needs to be mine. But not in black, in the pink I think. I have two black ones like that already that are pretty much what I wear in the winter non stop. The length is amazing. And not shown, but these pink shoes with the contrast heel? Divine.

You all probably know how much I love a statement earring. The bigger and more colorful the better. They’re just so easy to throw on and they pack the best kind of punch. For example, this woman below. She definitely looks killer in her great dress, amazing handbag, and awesome sandals. But it’s those big green earrings that really draw me in.

So for the love of the big statement earring – here are some of my most favorites!

5     |     6     |     7     |     8

9     |     10     |     11     |     12

I’ve gone ahead and ordered these in red, because really they’re just too cute. And I’m strongly considering these. Which are your faves?
