Just briefly popping in to share this with you in case you’ve missed it.  While reading Happenstance (one of my daily reads!) I followed her link to this Model Morphosis page.  You can’t deny the power of makeup, especially when you can just drag the little orange line to see the changes in these women’s looks just by switching up their makeup.  So cool.  The function doesn’t work on my page, so you have to go there to see.

  1. Wow! Thank you for sharing this. It’s amazing… I have passed it on to my husband as well. He has a client who is the lead educator for Paul Mitchell in W. Canada, and she will really love this. It’s an amazing piece of software. What will they think of next???

Isn’t it the coolest? Love your blog too:)

  3. I just had the best time moving the orange line back and forth on each model! Makeup is my best friend ;)

While I love makeup…is it just me or do most of those models look better without it???!!! That poor girl looks like she’s been in a boxing ring!

Very interesting … Especially since the makeup does such wonders for some of the models, but really takes away from their natural features with others (like the model you’ve shown here – Renee Germaine – who is much prettier before she’s been styled). There’s just no helping some, though, makeup or no (Valerija Kelava). I find more and more that I just don’t covet “model looks” the way I used to — Most of these girls have such extreme features, that are an asset in their line of work, but are often considered awkward, or downright unattractive in the “real world”.

agh, that is so awesome! I’m going to have to try that out! oh and ummmm her eye looks puffier after the make-up haha
